Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Government filing fees (e.g., trademark or patent filings) are separate from our service fees and billed directly or reimbursed.

Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of Services.
5. No Guarantees
While we are committed to precision, alignment, and execution, outcomes may vary depending on market conditions, client participation, and external factors. Qmanifest does not guarantee specific financial results, business outcomes, or legal approvals.
6. Client Responsibilities
